Dear Friends,
We recently celebrated the Feast of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist, which marks our first full year serving in our new chapel. Glory be to God! The chapel, along with the rest of our monastery renovation, is now about eighty percent complete. Thank you for your generous gifts over the past few years that have made this possible!
Today, with the blessing of Metropolitan Joseph, we are writing to ask for your support for our work this fall. This work includes finishing the entry deck and handicap ramp, replacing a damaged roof, establishing a cemetery, and commissioning seven icons to adorn our chapel.
We’ve included a list of current projects and financial needs on our donation page. Would you consider making a donation by the end of October? All of these projects are in process already, and we need your help to finish them!
We have often felt, these last five years, that we are being helped and protected by the prayers of our fathers, brothers and sisters in Christ. Thank you for your love and your prayers.
May God bless, strengthen and guide us and keep us always united in His love.
In Christ,
Fr. Nathaniel and Fr. Joseph
